Reporting a claim to Travelers Insurance Company

HOW TO REPORT A FARM PROPERTY OR LIABILITY CLAIM

Travelers allows you to report a loss at your convenience 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Visit Travelers online reporting system by clicking here*. Once you have completed as much of the information as possible, click on the "Submit Your Loss" button. You will automatically receive your claim number. 

*This system requires the use of Internet Explorer Version 6.0 or higher and that your pop up blocker be turned off. 

If at any time you are having trouble or cannot complete the report, simply select the "Save and Call Us for Help" option. All the information you entered will be saved. You will be given a reference number to use when you contact a Travelers claim professional.

If you do not know your policy number or your account number, call the toll free number above to report your loss by phone. Please note that our receipt of your loss information and your receipt of a claim number is not an agreement that the reported loss is covered by your insurance policy. Refer to your insurance policy for an actual description of all coverages, terms and conditions.
